What is

The Miri?

Part fortune telling, part role playing.

The Miri is a cooperative storytelling game for 2-6 players where players contribute cards, and take turns being the storyteller. 
The contributed cards are interpreted by the storyteller and form the basis of what happens in the story, good or bad.

Players try to succeed through trials in the story, adding cards to their own tableau, and interpreting the images as Narrative Actions in which to interact with the story.

Your Aspect Influences The Story

Players choose from 18 different Aspects to play in the story. These Aspects, and Influence cards gained, shape who you are as your character.

Card By Card, The Story Unfolds

The Storyteller lays cards players contribute in a spread, and begins reading the images like a fortune teller. The images (and their orientation) move the story around in unexpected ways.

Darkness Lurks At Every Corner

Narrative Actions the players take are put to the test with a roll of a die. Succeed, and add your intentions to the story. Fail, and you risk the entire story falling into the Clutches of Ichor!
